Day 1
Your journey begins at 6:30 AM as you leave historic Cusco by van, heading out for a day brimming with excitement and discovery.
Breakfast Stop in Ollantaytambo After 1.5 hours, pause in the charming town of Ollantaytambo. Grab a quick breakfast and stock up on snacks for the day’s adventure. Ascend to Malaga High Pass Drive higher into the Andes, reaching the breathtaking Malaga High Pass at 4,350 meters. Here, soak in dramatic mountain vistas as your guide conducts a detailed safety briefing. Thrilling Downhill Mountain Biking Gear up for a 2.5-hour mountain bike descent! Whiz through changing landscapes, passing by the ancient Huamanmarca Archaeological site, lush fruit plantations, and splashing across jungle rivers. Arrive in vibrant Santa Maria village at about 2:00 - 2:30pm, feeling invigorated. Whitewater Rafting on the Urubamba River Continue the adventure with a heart-pounding 2.5-hour whitewater rafting experience—tackle Class III & IV rapids winding through the scenic Urubamba (Vilcanota) River. Non-rafters can explore the lively village on foot.
Day 1 - 2
Rustic Village Evening in Santa Maria Settle into a simple guesthouse, reliving the day’s action amid the tranquil vibes of Santa Maria. Dinner is included—a well-earned meal after today’s adrenaline rush!
Day 2
Start your morning with a hearty breakfast to energize you for the day ahead. Journey Through the Jungle Set out on an exhilarating trek through vibrant jungle mountains. Marvel at breathtaking scenery, spot colorful flora and fauna, and exchange smiles with friendly locals along the trail. The air is fresh and revitalizing—perfect for unplugging from the world and embracing nature. Scenic Lunch Break Pause at a picturesque spot along the trail for a delicious lunch. Refuel and soak in the sights and sounds of the mountains while you catch your breath. Day 2 - 3
Santa Teresa Arrival and Relaxation Arrive in the charming village of Santa Teresa (elevation 1,680 meters) by afternoon. Settle into a cozy guesthouse, your base for the night.
Day 3
Thrilling Zip-Line Canopy Adventure Kickstart your day with an adrenaline rush! Glide through the sky on South America’s highest canopy zip-line, flying over lush treetops as you speed along 2,500 meters of cables. Experience awe-inspiring heights, with the longest ride stretching 400 meters and the tallest dangling 150 meters above the forest floor. Scenic Trek Along the Railway After your high-flying adventure, set out on a scenic three-hour trek from Santa Teresa to the Hydroelectric Station. Explore and Relax in Aguas Calientes Arrive in the bustling town of Aguas Calientes. Refresh with a well-deserved shower at your hotel, then set out to explore vibrant cafes, delight in local shops, test your skills with board games, or simply unwind. Savor the excitement of the day in true comfort.
Day 4
Machu Picchu Sunrise Adventure Begin your day with an early bus ride, gliding through morning mist to reach Machu Picchu before the crowds. Witness the legendary citadel as the sun pierces the clouds, unveiling dramatic mountain vistas and ancient stonework in a magical golden light. Guided Tour Through Lost History Embark on a captivating two-hour guided tour through Machu Picchu’s enigmatic temples, terraces, and sacred plazas.
