Day 1 - Arrival in Cortina

Upon arriving in the picturesque town of Cortina d’Ampezzo, settle into the cozy warmth of a family-operated hotel. Take your time to explore the enchanting village, where the rustic charm of the Alps harmoniously coexists with modern elegance. Stroll along streets adorned with boutique shops that rival those found in Milan and Paris. Savor delectable traditional dishes at handpicked restaurants, immersing yourself in the rich flavors of the local cuisine. Discover the perfect blend of historical allure and contemporary sophistication in this captivating Alpine retreat.

Day 2

Day 2 – Ride from Cortina to Tai di Cadore and return transfer to Cortina

Kick off your holiday with a pleasant downhill ride along the historic railway line that connects Cortina to Calalzo. After approximately 20 kilometers, you'll reach San Vito di Cadore and the serene Lake Mosigo. Continue cycling, and when you arrive in Venas di Cadore, consider a short detour to Cibiana, just four kilometers away and with a 200-meter elevation gain. This small side trip offers breathtaking views of the majestic Sassolungo. As you near the finish, the descent becomes more gradual, signaling your approach to Tai di Cadore.

Day 3 - Ride from Cortina to Dobbiaco

Embark on a thrilling descent through the stunning Fiammes Valley, enveloped by a majestic panorama of snow-capped peaks and sprawling pine forests. Soon, you'll reach Cimabanche, the highest point of your cycling journey and the gateway to South Tyrol. From there, continue your journey downhill towards Dobbiaco, passing by incredible lookout points where you can gaze at the famous Tre Cime di Lavaredo and the tranquil Lake Landro.

Day 4

Day 4 - Cycle from Dobbiaco to Lienz and return by train to Dobbiaco

Set off on the region's most celebrated cycling route, following the scenic Drava River from San Candido in South Tyrol to Lienz in East Tyrol. Your journey will take you through lush green meadows, shady forests, and quiet backroads, smoothly bridging the border between Italy and Austria. The Drava cycle path features mostly flat terrain, ensuring an easy and enjoyable ride. Upon arriving in Lienz, immerse yourself in the vibrant and festive Austrian atmosphere. Discover the area's rich cultural heritage, history, and traditions before catching the train back to Dobbiaco.

Day 5 - Cycling from Dobbiaco to Brunico

Begin your cycling adventure from Dobbiaco as you follow the Rienza River, navigating through lush forests and picturesque meadows. Make your way past the charming towns of Villabassa and Monguelfo, and pause at the scenic Valdaora reservoir. Continue your journey to Perca, where the sports field invites a brief respite. Feel the exhilaration as you pedal through the narrow Rienza gorge, where dimly lit tunnels add an element of excitement. Emerging from the gorge, you'll be greeted by the sweeping vistas of the Bruneck basin, heralding your arrival at the heart of the Puster Valley. Once in Brunico, reward yourself with a delightful ice cream, enjoy a leisurely stroll through the town center, or take time to visit the beautiful parish church.

Day 6 - 7

Day 6: Journey from Brunico to Bressanone

Today's ride follows a picturesque path along the Rienza River, leading you through the charming towns of San Lorenzo, Chienes, and Vandoies before reaching Rio di Pusteria. The route offers stunning natural beauty and breathtaking views throughout.

Day 7

Day 7 - Arrivederci Bressanone!

The trip and our services end after breakfast. From Bressanone train station you can easily reach your departing airport.
